Need to completely change their tv service and have many international channels like FOX DW EURONEWS I would have given them a 10 if tv was not bad

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent-just steps from a vaporetto stop and close to San Marco Square. There is an elevator, too.
